Troubleshooting

I can't find ReplyRight in the Chrome Web Store

Make sure you're using Google Chrome (not Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox). Try searching for "ReplyRight" again. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.

The extension is installed, but I don't see it

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin ReplyRight. Some extensions are hidden by default — pinning ensures it's always visible.

It doesn't work in Google Messages

Make sure you're using Google Messages on the web (not the Android app). After installing the extension, refresh the Google Messages tab. If it still doesn't work, try closing and reopening Chrome.

The extension icon is greyed out

This usually means the extension is disabled. Go to chrome://extensions/, find ReplyRight, and make sure the toggle is turned on.
