1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReplyRight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ReplyRight is operated from Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

2. Description of Service

ReplyRight is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered reply suggestions for Google Messages. The Service includes:

• AI-generated message replies using Google Gemini
• Quick reply templates
• Image saving functionality
• Premium features for Pro subscribers

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key
• One license key may be used on up to 3 devices
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to others

4. Free & Pro Tiers

4.1 Free Tier

• 10 AI-generated replies per month
• Up to 5 custom templates
• Normal tone only

4.2 Pro Tier

• Unlimited AI replies
• Unlimited templates
• All 8 AI tones
• Priority processing
• Knowledge base features

Free tier limits may be adjusted at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 7-Day Pro Trial

• A valid payment method is required to start a trial
• You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard

5.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees until you cancel your subscription.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain Pro access until the paid period expires
• Cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support

6.2 Refund Policy

After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of subscriptions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the AI API

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Service Availability

• We may perform maintenance with or without advance notice
• Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Gemini, Stripe) that may have their own outages
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before sending

10. Intellectual Property

• ReplyRight, its logo, and branding are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your custom templates and content
• AI-generated replies are provided for your personal/business use
• You may not claim AI outputs as original creative works

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails and is not updated
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to Pro features.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, unless EU consumer protection laws grant you the right to use courts in your country of residence.
